LASER ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Laser coaching is a powerful way to keep us on track with our goals. This is a weekly or fortnightly 15 minute one-to-one call with your Laser coach. The first 10 minutes is focused on one main question you have to help you move forward. Your coach may give you advice on what to do or they may point you in the right direction for you to research your question to get the answer. The last 5 minutes is setting tasks that you need to do based on your question and goals. These tasks must be completed before you can book in your next session thus holding you accountable to get them done. We’ve seen clients greatly excel with Laser Coaching due to the powerful combination of coaching and accountability on these calls.

VIP & ELITE COACHING PROGRAMS

Both the VIP and Elite coaching programs are designed to help two types of people:

Those that are wanting to start an online business
Existing business owners wanting to improve their online marketing

Phase 1

Phase 1- During this 4 week Phase we have 3 sessions each week covering fundamentals to help you with your online business. The 3 sessions each week consist of:

Mindset – The #1 reason people fail in business is their mindset. Every business has it’s challenges so we want to prepare you for those by showing you how to have a success mindset to deal with any obstacles that come your way.

Personality Profiling – We all have different personalities and as such it’s important to know the best way to interact with each type of personality. This will help you speak the ‘language’ of the different clients you have and better understand them.

Online Marketing Theory – In these sessions we focus on online marketing theory so that you are better equipped with the basics once you move into Phase 2.

Phase 2

Phase 2 is 12 weeks and clients choose one of the following tracks:

Ad Agency Accelerator

Training clients how to start and run a Facebook ad agency from scratch

Expert Catapult

Showing people with an existing area of knowledge how to position themselves in the market and start generating leads online

Lead Gen Mastery

Help B2B and B2Professional businesses master LinkedIn to generate a steady flow of high quality leads

Coaching Track

For people who want to coach and mentor but have no idea how to start, how to find a niche, or how to put a coaching program together

Phase 3

Phase 3 is 12 weeks focused on turning your knowledge into a digital product and creating a webinar to sell it. We take you step-by-step showing you how to create a digital program, how to structure it, what elements to put in it, and where to host it. Now you need a leveraged way to sell your digital product. We teach you everything you need to know about create a webinar that sells. This is done by giving you the structure of the webinar, training on each element, and even a template of a webinar to guide you along the way.

Phase 4

Phase 4 is also 12 weeks where we teach you how to take your webinar and launch it out with JV partners, evergreen webinars, and affiliates. It’s great that you have a webinar but you’ll want to be able to set this up in a way that’s ‘evergreen’. This means that your prospects can watch this at any time without you having to do a webinar every single time. This is where the true power of automation comes in to help you generate passive income and sales.

Phase 5

The final phase is 12 weeks, and builds on the foundation of a successful business in place. Phase 5 is all about the other areas of your business life such as business/personal finance, health, and productivity. Paul O’Mahony (the founder of The Rethink Academy) is on these webinars as he introduces you to his team of advisors to help you take your life and business to the next level.

RETHINK MASTERMIND

Masterminds are an important element of success as you’ll have your Lead Coach on this group call answering questions and review people’s progress and work. Not only will you learn from the questions you ask but also from what others are asking. We all get to learn from each other on these Masterminds. This can greatly speed up your results as everyone is learning as a collective instead of solely on their own.
